This trip was so full of adventures. It started off with Natalie and McKell driving down to Anaheim. We definitely missed having Dell and Brian along for the ride down. After paying to get the air conditioning fixed before leaving, it was found that it actually was not. It was one hot trip! We picked up Brian at the John Wayne airport. We spent the next day at the Grove where Liesl loved being at the American Girl Doll store, and we also explored around Hollywood. Then it was off to the Santa Monica Pier! It was so fun playing in the waves! The next day we went to Disneyland! It was so fun to see all the fun Halloween decorations. After a great day, we headed back to our car. Just one problem, it wouldn't start! Luckily AAA and Disneyland security came to our rescue, and we finally were able to make it back to our hotel by 2:45 AM! On Sunday, McKell rented a car and drove Cailie, CalDon, and BriAnne back to Utah. Clayton and Nicole provided an excellent shuttle back from the rental place. On Monday, the mechanic was able to fix our car. Mom and Dad drove through the night and were back home at 6:25 AM! It definitely was an adventure!
